We only stayed here for about 12 hours to get some sleep on our way to Florida. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The water was hot and had great pressure. There were only two small things I disliked. There was an annoying audio notification on the TV that we couldn't get to go away. It would be on the right side of the screen then jump to the left. You could hit exit but it would come right back. The other thing is that the breakfast was sparse, like they didn't want to put out too much food, so it made me feel uncomfortable even taking anything because I didn't want to snatch what may be the last apple or the last muffin. Of course other people didn't mind piling plates high with food to take up to their rooms but I was hesitant. There were waffles and eggs and sausage, as well as cereal. There were only two containers of yogurt in the fridge which someone grabbed, there were maybe 5 mini muffins, some bread and bagels. If you're looking for a big breakfast, this isn't it. It seemed a bit penny pinching to me, especially because if I said we had 2 people in our room (we had 4), our rate would've been $20 cheaper for the exact same room.

Cash only for a bottle of water? Why could I not charge it to my room or card made no sense. The room was also terribly cleaned and the heater was giving off a bad smell.

Door latch would not click into the door frame. The deadbolt locked us in but would have liked it if the door hardware worked correctly. Breakfast was "okay" for a free breakfast, we decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

There was blood on the floor, what looked like blood stains on a bed skirt and roaches in the bathroom. Was brought to the attention of the desk and was told the management was made aware. Problem was not physically addressed, along with the room not being cleaned. Also breakfast the first day was cold.

I rented 2 rooms. I did not like that bed bugs were found in both rooms. The ironing board broke in one room and the closet mirror broke in another. They had it fixed rightaway though. There was cereal dropped in the elevator. Someone cleaned it up once it was reported
