"David is an excellent host who responded quickly to our need for a room due to an unexpected layover. The House from the 1600s is located next to a canal is near all the action but it it quiet and safe. The traditional room was clean and funky with some beers and chocolates included. "At the City Center, convenient location to tourist spots, train and the RLD! Lots of restaurants in area. Hotel staff always helpful, breakfast always awesome! Was quiet (despite the coinciding Amsterdam Dance Exhibition drawing half a million to the City, bed mattress very comfortable (pillows too thick), great shower and hot water availability (hate the little aluminum tubes with soap shampoo, etc - hard to fully extract, lids fall on the floor), great location for access to city center.
