"The hotel was very clean and maintained really liked the adults only activities were fun and the staff weee great. My only thing is you have to really schedule as soon as possible to try and get to eat at the restaurants only got into 1 and I tried booking from the day I arrived but the buffet was also very good. I can’t say it enough the staff was excellent "

"rooms have been upgraded. the bed felt so luxurious. i seriously considered staying an extra night because the bed was so wonderful. front desk staff warm and welcoming, Tamara and Carlene; the pool bartender,Michael, is very kind. i saw him go over and above the call of duty to assist a very demanding customer, always with a smile. Restaurant servers, food is good, and deserves 5 stars for quick service, something i wish more JA restaurants took notice of. Toni, excellent server/ Orlando was helpful. Michael in maintenance was very kind and patient helping me with my TV."
