"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Overall I had a good experience. Friendly employees. The buffet was good. The restaurants were good, however I was there for 4 days and could not get a reservation for the steakhouse there was never availability. The rooms were good including the mini bar but I had had minor issues where the phone did not have batteries nor the scale in the bathroom. I did want to note that booking through Expedia, I had a dedicated agent and she was delightful and attentive. "
