"The property layout is great. Its not a huge resort so easy to get around. No shuttle required onsite. The staff is kind of friendly but that is expected of Jamaica being on “island time” all year round lol. The steak house is to be avoided. We waited for 1.5 hours for food to arrive and just ended up leaving to go to the buffet. The night entertainment was amazing with lots of dancer performers and acrobats for Sat and Sun night. "

"The adult side did not have a tub in the room at the Hideaway Royalton in Jamaica and Expedia made it seem as if they had the tub / jacuzzi in the room. The view wasn't an ocean view. The rooms was very small and the glass in the shower was not as clean. The sensors for the air conditioner was not working properly. The doors would be closed and the air conditioner would not come on... However some of the staff provided outstanding services: Manager Jefrey Ruthanne, Clevon, Dantay the...

"Great Resort. I stayed at the Adults only in October 2024 and Family Resort Waves in November 2024. Both sides had an amazing staff. The grounds were clean. They have a dive shop on site which is run by Dressel Divers and is excellent. I would recommend this property and would go back!"
