"rooms have been upgraded. the bed felt so luxurious. i seriously considered staying an extra night because the bed was so wonderful. front desk staff warm and welcoming, Tamara and Carlene; the pool bartender,Michael, is very kind. i saw him go over and above the call of duty to assist a very demanding customer, always with a smile. Restaurant servers, food is good, and deserves 5 stars for quick service, something i wish more JA restaurants took notice of. Toni, excellent server/ Orlando was helpful. Michael in maintenance was very kind and patient helping me with my TV."

"The property was clean. It’s not a huge but it’s intimate. The food selection was no vast but what was available was lovely. Workers were great. The bar tenders need to be more inviting . They did their jobs but a smile and a a bit of verbal exchange would add to a more fun experience. Overall good price and you get good service keeping prize in mind. Giovanni was excellent. The ladies in the restaurant were great."
