"Spectacular! Every single member of the staff is personable and eager to be of assistance — oodles of traditional Jamaican hospitality x 10. My only quibble involves some of the operational systems in place, especially the multi-tiered meal plans, which I find too cumbersome. I am not an hotelier so I do not fully comprehend the subtleties of the business. For instance, I don’t drink, so I don’t know how quickly someone who consumes a lot of alcohol would bankrupt the establishment, so to speak....

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "
