"The property is very beautiful.. one thing o observe was the entrance to the lobby was leaking heavily due to heavy rain.. I think they management need to have this issue resolved immediately.. the dining room staff were very helpful.. I would like to acknowledge two individuals who went above and beyond for me and other guests.. Yanique that works in the evening and Mikale that works breakfast in the morning.. I hope I spell their names correctly.. they both work in the main dining room...

"The staff and food were excellent. The resort needs some updating. The elevators didn't always function. One pool was closed for repair during our stay. All the restaurants on our second week were not open as apparently guest numbers were down from our first week."

"Lovely property and the staff were great. Only hiccup was checking in. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and friendly. The grounds, the beach and pool were really nice and clean.
