"The house is better than the photos portray. It is quiet, feels almost rural, and is within an easy walk to the town square. The garden looks out over the sea across a mini vineyard and beautiful tropical plants. "A very helpful and friendly host. The accommodation is in need of uprading. The external furniture was of poor quality plastic or old wood without any pads. There were no parasols. The waste disposal arrangements are inadequate. Air conditioning should be installed upstairs as a minimum. The steps up to the town are overgrown and totally unlit. This is not Lucio's fault but he should accurately describe the situation. The property has great potential. Lucio is a superb host"

"We rented the home from July 8-July 12, 2024- 2 families (4 adults & 3 teenagers). We loved the house with all the conveniences we paid for. However, on July 11, there was a power outage from 2-3 am in the morning till the next day when it was restored at ~10pm (19-20 hours without power). "This was our first visit to Sicily and we loved every minute of our stay. Villa Silva is so well equipped and our welcome from the owners was so personal and their attention to detail was evident throughout.
