"Excellent, everything was great, beautiful hotel, pool and scenery. The express pass and early access were nice inclusion, as well convenience of water taxi to and from the park. Only wish they inlcuded on demand movies in the room like disney. 20$ to 30$ to rent a movie is kind of ridiculous when you spend 500$ to 1000$ on a room. "

"I had an amazing stay at this resort! It’s a fantastic place with all services under one roof, making everything so convenient. The resort is neat and clean, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The shuttle service was great and made getting around so easy. The swimming pool area was well-maintained, and I loved the towel service there. The restaurants were exceptional, offering delicious meals, and having Starbucks on-site was a nice touch. "Staff very helpful and reaches out to see if there is anything you need. So convenient for a Universal Studios trip. Literally a 3 minute walk from outside the door to security at CityWalk."

"Everything was awesome. Friendly people; lovely property; smart tech all worked and I was so pleasantly surprised by how eco forward it all was. One complaint if I had one was that the bathroom in the room didn’t match the vibe of the rest of the hotel and rooms which let it down a bit but was forgivable. It could use an update in that sense if they really wanted to complete the experience. "
