"Great shuttle service, took us to the 3rd Ward, picked us up at Maders German Restaurant. Took us back to Shaker's Cigar Bar and picked us back up. Learned that unfortunately, one of Jeffrey Dahmer's victims lost his life in room 507. We watch a lot of true crimes shows on TV, later checked out the 5th floor. "It is a smaller hotel, but very clean with wonderful helpful staff members. The pool area is surprisingly good size, only wish it would be warmer in pool area. Location convenient to the shopping and restaurant area. Light sleepers could have a problem because it is close to highway and windows don't isolate sounds really well, but you can have an ear plugs with you to cover that problem. Room have a fridge and microwave in it, which is perfect. "
