"The cottage was very nice on a beautiful lake. Lots of beds to choose from, two walk in showers and a tub. Great living room and decks that wrapped around the house. We visited many many local restaurant and bars and ate lots of delicious fish. Access to the lake is difficult. Only two of us were able to get down to it. That was my only disappointment. So no boating or swimming for us😢 with great food. Ate lots of delici"

"Our family of 11 celebrated Thanksgiving and Christmas over the Thankgiving holiday. This property was perfect for us. It had plenty of room to spread out and slept eveyone comfortably. The interior was clean, well furnished, and had sufficient amenities to make our stay comfortable. While this is an older proprty, it was evident the owner is doing some updating. The host was very accommodating and even had a Christmas tree set up specifically for our stay! "

"What a nice surprise! From the outside, the Sumac Chalet looked like a quaint little cabin tucked in the woods. But once inside the mix of finishes and furnishings were fun and inviting. There was even a SleepNumber bed just like at home and set it to 65 for a good night's sleep. First thing we did was hike the trail behind the cabin. Easy stroll through the forest ending at the shore at Roy's Marina. Other adventures included a ferry ride to Madeline Island to browse the galleries, eat...
