"For the price this was incredible. It's not new or done out with modern lines and pristine looks,but what it does have is a big room, a/c, fridge, coffee making facilities, free breakfast (waffles, yoghurt etc), free parking and free coffee all day in the lobby. And a swimming pool and hot tub. It's the closest hotel to Erin Hills golf (15 mins drive, $25 uber). There's a place to buy booze across the road, and a few food options. Bear in mind this is a small town, so having a couple of options...

"Check in was easy. The lady had us sign up for IHG rewards and then we received a complimentary coupon for breakfast for two the next day. The room was standard and it faced the river which was nice. There were two issues. One was easily fixed- our key didn't work for the pool. It was changed twice and when we went back again the front desk lady also tried hers and it wasn't working, but she let us in using a set of keys. The second was breakfast....I'm grateful we received a coupon bc breakfast...
