"My dog, Wizard, and I were looking for someplace to just get away from all the craziness. I am a 75-year-old-woman who has camped out many, many times. "Group of eight friends stayed in cabin 6 for a weekend… we weren’t there much during the day (due to dart tournaments in LaCrosse) so didn’t use the campground facilities much. We were able to enjoy the fire pit two nights during our stay. The staff was very friendly. Would stay there again "

"LOVE this glamp-site! The tent is airy & bright & stylish, especially with the sunlight filtering in. Bed is plush and comfortable. Experienced a storm one night, and the tent was solid and cozy! "The tent sites are right along the river. Not all of them have a fire pit, picnic table or grill but this is a lovely quiet serene spot to camp. "

"First off I'll start by saying "yes we would stay here again"! So here are things that i took note of Negative - no mats inside for wiping off shoes - cob webs - blankets not sure if they get cleaned, one had hair all over it (Exchanged) - one fitted sheet had a black stain on it (Exchanged) - it's a trailer camper not a cabin but cute and cozy - Small pool for such a big campground - No wifi - limited staff and hours - found a pair of socks under the bed when cleaning that were not ours -...

"I stayed at Big Rock Creek with my two young daughters after a day kayaking on the river. It was so nice to have a campsite waiting for us after paddling all day. I loved everything about the campsite. It had comfortable beds, electricity, a grill and a clean toilet and shower just steps away. This is camping at its best! I did have difficulty reaching staff when we had an issue with the grill, but I would stay here again. The beds were so comfortable! "

"We were staying in the area to visit friends who live by the MKE area, and chose this hotel for its location only. We were very pleasantly surprised about many things about this hotel! First, we were met with friendliness & promptness upon arrival, with an easy check-in process. We immediately noticed how clean they aim to keep this hotel, and were impressed with the size of our room, super spacious and clean too! We were also surprised at how quiet the hotel is, at all hours, despite its closeness to the airport. We didn't hear any outside noise at all. Beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also equally clean with plentiful towels, shampoo, and soap. The check-out process was as friendly and as swift as the check-in process. We did grab breakfast before we headed out, which included coffee, tea, yogurt parfait, eggs, has browns, and assorted fruit... and all pretty good! A for this hotel, we were happy that we chose this hotel for this weekend trip. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to stay by the Milwaukee airport. Thank you!"

"The room that we had was small,quaint and we loved it. The bed was very comfortable, the shower, "AHHHH-MAZING"....and dont get me started on the kewl artwork that you can tear off and take a picture from.... oh.... and if you stay here..... watch out fot the "DEEP END!" Nice touch!!!"
