"It was alright. My only grip is that the breakfast wasnt good. We do alot of traveling and 100% of the time stay at a Hyatt Place. So comparing it to hyatt, not so good. However,im a very critical person when it comes to hotels. I do have to give props to their customer service for sure it was outstanding!! However, if you compare the breakfast at mainstay to hyatt place.... hyatt place is 110% hamds down better taste , variety. Mainstay only had eggs and sausage, and waffles for the most part."

"We had a very nice stay with our group. Both gentlemen at the front desk and bar had great customer service, I wished they were there for both of our evenings! The woman on day 2 was not quite as nice."
