"It's an older property with character on the outside, but mostly refurbished on the inside. The elevator clearly is older. Bed was firm, but comfortable, shower was fine. Good quality for the money, would stay here again on an overnight trip to SAP Center."

In addition, there is an excellent restaurant onsite poolside with equally friendly and professional staff. Also, the hotel is conveniently located within Palo Alto and the parking is free.
