"Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff are so friendly and nice. All staff always asked if you needed anything and made sure you were okay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others if you want a clean place to stay. The only downfall is the parking if you have a vehicle there is no free place to park. But it’s downtown Dallas so that isn’t really the hotels fault. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I would come back again."

"My stay was amazing from check-in to the room service staff, they went above and beyond. I felt well taken care of during my time here. The cafe had a wide variety of snacks for breakfast. And other great restaurants to choose from. There was even a water refill station which came in handy on my trip. Not to mention the property itself is gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again. "I stayed here for a business conference. It was relatively quiet at night. The room was large, comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The gym was decently equipped, but the sole leg machine was out of order. Overall, a great hotel option with good amenities at a reasonable price."
