The property and the staff in itself were amazing. It is just very sad to see so many homeless and mentally disturbed people on the streets not a safe environment to walk around especially a woman traveling alone.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Monarch restaurant was amazing as well enjoy the view and food. We stayed for my spouse’s bday I mentioned that to them and they upgraded us to a junior suite complimentary. Grounds clean. Staff friendly. Recommend it.

This hotel is beyond exceptional. We upgraded to the Premium Room. The asthetic, decour and ambiance were top notch. The ladies at the checkin Melissa and Nasro were super helpful along with another lady who's name we can't remember..Carlos at Little Daisy the senior server was unbelievable great and very helpful. So fortunate to have encountered such great people anda great hotel. This experience has just made hopefully my family Hyatt members for life. Thank you to the Hyatt family for such a wonderful experience.
