"The hotel is quite nice and very busy die to Carnival. The room was clean and fairly modern. The staff was notified of a few deficiencies which were NOT rectified. 1) Railing on stairs pool sitting area was broken and was notnrepaired. 2) Room had nontoulet paper, had to find some even after notifying the front desk. 3) safety night latch on room door was sheared off and not repaired when staff notified. 4) Pool staff were overwhelmed and failed to deliver food order.
