The room was very colorful, but it was very comfortable. the lights and different settings were very cool. very modern . The staff was very nice and professional, especially Leo. For a foreigner is very difficult to adapt to Brazil, everything felt different to me, but he explained to me everything and was very patient.

Quanto ao chek-in não tenho o que reclamar, o horário é às 14h mas às 09h já tinha um quarto disponível pra mim, os moços da recepção são bem simpáticos. O que ficou a desejar foi a porta do meu quarto que estava arrastando no chão e fazendo muito barulho e a questão de limpeza, pois pelo o que percebi as moças não limpam todos os dias.
