"Great little property in a fantastic location. Walking distance to lots of sights and eateries. Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. The owners would do well to remind people staying in the apartments that sound proofing is minimal and if coming back at 4am it might be polite to whisper etc. "

"Affordable apartment about ten minutes from Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations. Family room had two double beds rather than a sofa bed which we greatly appreciated :) "

"Great local in the heart of very lively Camden Town. Flat was very spacious and well maintained. 5 minute walk to the Underground station. "

"Really lovely property with kitchen, very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Easy check in and friendly staff. Only thing to note hotel is on a very busy road and although there is triple glazing some road noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again. "

"Property is well located and you can conveniently walk to certain attractions around Tower Hill. Property is no frills but comes with enough basic facilities (washer, dryer, microwave/oven, stove). Stand out feature was the WhatsApp chat with the Bobs. They were able to help me quickly, almost around the clock. When one of my rooms experienced a water leakage, they assisted me quickly and moved my room. Very admirable service and I want to commend them."

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"The email communication was excellent beforehand but nothing in the studio. The bed was not a full size double. There were what seemed to be A/C controls but they didn't work. We were there on the hottest week of the year so far, so it was boiling hot! We were on 2nd floor, I won't miss the stairs!! We had to keep the blind down to keep the sun out, opening the window just let the street noise in. A very busy road. Lots of choice to shop and eat. Westfield Centre is just behind. "
