"We missed a transfer due and came here to stay. Now we want to just stay here! The hotel was wonderful. Service: The people and service was all very helpful from check-in to restaurant, to breakfast, and check-out. The Room: Fantastic! We stayed in a premium room. Its a small upgrade from basic, and gives a desk area, etc., to get some work done. Everything was tidy and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also laid out well and comfortable. Breakfast: Great! We'd stay just for breakfast. Hot and cold foods available on the buffet and helpful attendants helping and quickly keeping everything clean. Shuttle: Yes, being a layover, I was looking for a shuttle. It was comfortable, quick, and very helpful as well. We liked it so much, our next vacation is to Madrid. Gracias!"
