"Clean and very nice hotel in a quiet area. Very helpfull and friendly staff. It makes it personal when they know your name after the second visit at the receptiondesk! Lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. A pity it closes already at 9... Easy to go to Vienna centre by public transport (takes about 25 min.). "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

Secondly, it was never stated in your website that one would be surcharged for wanting a clean pillow case / bedsheets. This property has some hidden charges which is not tenable, they need to be open when dealing with guests."

"Rude staff... false advertising... We left after 3 hours because it was so bad. Hotel.com should be ashamed of having such this place offered on their site. I relied on the pictures and descriptions from the Hotels.com website when I selected this hotel —- and I completely got screwed! Nothing at this place is reflected in the pictures.
