"Rude staff... false advertising... We left after 3 hours because it was so bad. Hotel.com should be ashamed of having such this place offered on their site. I relied on the pictures and descriptions from the Hotels.com website when I selected this hotel —- and I completely got screwed! Nothing at this place is reflected in the pictures. "I stayed for 4 full days. The area that the hotel is located is very safe and quiet. The train station is about a 5 minute walk which makes it easy to head downtown or to any district for that matter. There is a small market (grocery store) which is right next door about a 1 minute walk when exiting the building to your left. I had a room with a king size bed which was even better than I had expected. It had a huge closet and cubby spaces for whatever items you need to store. A couch with...

"No blinds. The light was straight on to our eyes from to 5:30am. "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."
