"This is a real gem. Our second stay and as before the staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is close to public transport to get to the city, the rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, and there are great eating choices and a supermarket nearby if you don’t want to go far."

Just as we are told that a $100 authorisation payment is required, we should also be informed when checking out that this will be refunded to us. It’s just common courtesy really. And shows that you are willing to do the basics of your job."

No ventilation in the bathroom and after a shower opening the bathroom door poses a risk of setting off the fire alarms as does using the kettle or cooking appliances. The front rooms have amazing views over the airport runway. Rooms were neat and tidy."
