"Stayed there as we were attending a concert at the ICC in Darling Harbour. Location was perfect. Very close to Town Hall and very short walking distance to Darling Harbour. Staff were so friendly and our room was clean, comfortable and a great size. Would definitely stay there again. "

The reception were very helpful, The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, and great to have a pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "
