"The place is exactly as pictured, and even more charming and comfortable in person. The location is perfect, close to everything but serene and peaceful as well. It's less than a 10 min Uber ride from Berkeley (we were visiting our college kid), and we had no problems getting rides. The communication from the host was above and beyond, which we appreciated. "The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry.
