"What do you most care about when you’re looking to rent a place? I know what we most care about. Is the bed comfortable? Yes, it is. Is the place clean? Absolutely. Is it quiet? Perfectly quiet and still. Is it within walking distance of the village? It is. And it’s a good walk. But you can also drive your car. There’s plenty of parking. Are the owners nice and easy to deal with? More than that, they are kind and thoughtful. In fact, I really didn’t even want to tell you how wonderful this place...

"The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. It is in a quiet area, yet about a 5 minutes walk from Trader Joes and restaurants. Easy to get around by walking, city bike, and bus. Good walking distance to the university also. "The host, Eda, was an absolute delight. At the beginning of our stay, my wife had a fall at the place we were staying the night before we arrived at Eda's, and was unable to get around easily. She was most kind and caring about our situation and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very relaxing with lots of plants, outdoor furniture, a hot tub and lots of visiting birds to watch (particularly the hummingbirds)! We would definitely stay again....

"I planned a fairly random trip to N SF and this place was perfect for what I needed. It’s like a hotel room with a kitchenette. Comfortable, warm, and clean. It also has privacy. The location is great for visits to Muir Woods and point Reyes. It may not be super comfortable for 2 adults due to size, but if you are a solo traveler, it’s perfect"

"Mill Valley is a lovely location and this is a lovely property to stay in. There are lots of walking routes and other things to do, plenty of places to eat and a good supermarket nearby. Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge are close by too. Rusty was always available if we needed anything. We stayed for 4 nights but if we come back again we may stay for longer than that,"
