"I stayed with my spouse, child, and dog in the only available dog-friendly room there was- on the first floor, next to the ice machine. Like any other dogs, when a dog hears someone nearby, they bark, and since the ice machine was so close to the room, it made my dog jumpy. If that's not enough, a guest who checked in later that night on the upper floor was walking in their room, and the floorboards were squeaking so severely that it was impossible to rest. Luckily, they went to sleep shortly...

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
