"Great spot to access the very lovely town of Mill Valley and its surrounds. It was a little hard to locate the entrance, but eventually discovered it. Especially loved the little kitchenette area in the unit. Shower is super small, sunlight is a bit blocked by the fence and bushes outside the window, but it really worked for the long weekend we were there and using it as a base camp for our activities. "The boat and accommodations were comfortable & lovely inside. We were in unit A which is the one in the back with a side deck. The bed is beyond comfortable. Not much space for suitcases as we were traveling across the country for a week but it all worked out. For us it rained the whole time. Poured and the wind…but the boat house was solid. The area is interesting. The house is located behind some industrial buildings. The parking is all based on the tides. We did not have any problems....
