"We had a problem initially. We arrived at night and it was raining. The code to the gate to the back yard didn't work. So we contacted Brenda by phone. After 2 calls, she told us to press "C" and then enter the code. Oops! that info wasn't in the original message. After, everything was fine."

"We were in West Oakland for a few days to get my adult daughter settled into her new apartment and job. This space was just what we needed as a place to rest and relax in between work, and we had everything we needed to cook light meals and make coffee. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The designated parking did not work for my Ford Flex, but street parking was simple enough. A smaller vehicle would work though. It was an easy drive to get everywhere we needed to be."
