Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road Parking is also a problem around that place."

"The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the piazza. The A/C wasn't working but it wasn't too warm so that was okay. The breakfast is great, fruit, fruit juice, granola, yogurt, fresh baked goods and bread. The restaurant was also excellent and you get a discount if you are staying at the hotel."

"We love this place! It’s our second time being here. Rebekah and Daniela were great and they speak English very well. The location can’t be beat…it’s just off the main walking Via but is private enough that you feel secluded. The beds are super comfy…and we’ve been in two different rooms now. Enjoy!"

"The room was very convenient for visiting the Leonardo museum. There was a restaurant near by for supper. We came by bus so we had to watch the schedule out as it was a Sunday and there were only two buses back. Coffee and tea was appreciated. "

"This hotel is actually not a hotel but a few rooms attached to the villa volpi hotel, a 10 minute steep walk up the hill. All meals and staff are found at villa volpi, there are no real facilities to speak of at suite accommodation. It's not as discribed in the information at all. In fact, we chose to upgrade for €70/night to stay at villa volpi. I would recommend villa volpi but not suite accommodation "

"Like: the room was built on the ancient Amphitheater. It is located in the midst of everything. Dislike: The AC did not work. IT was unplugged. After a day I realized that, but then the remote had no effect in setting temperature, etc. I sweated every evening. The noise outside prevented me from leaving the window open. "The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient.
