"We really enjoyed the flat. Enjoyed the inner courtyard and having it on the ground floor. Very close to parking. Making dinners at home is always enjoyable and then walking on the wall to gelato is a highlight. The air con in the bedrooms was great! And having a bathroom on each level is rare. We loved it and hope to stay again next year. Thank you do much! "

"The unit was clean and spacious. Central location in the historical district. Near bus. stops and the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaints that we have is that the bathroom sink drain was very slow and it took about 3 days and a few reminders to fix it. That was very inconvenient. Also, no hand towels or dish towels. The first few days the towels were locked up too."

They shared their own wine and olives with us, provided fresh herbs from their garden for our dinner and welcomed us into their family. "Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ).
