"Fantastic location, wonderful people, home cooked meal was amazing. Relaxing, wonderful furnishings. Beware that the heat is very expensive if you use it! Kitchen is awesome to cook and views are unbelievable. Couldnt reccommend more for a true Tuscany experience. Views are stupendous. Was a highlight of our trip just to play with the dogs and sheep and get a gourmet meal. Easy to go all over the region from here as well. meal on Ne highly"

"Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the late night BBQs next to the pool. The house is perfect for 2-9 people. If you would like a relaxing holiday with privacy and luxury this is the perfect spot for you!"

"We had a wonderful 3 week stay with 8 adults and later 8 adults and 2 children. The property was as depicted with well maintained pool and yard, outdoor dining area, well equipped kitchen. It is on 3 levels with connecting spiral staircase plus a loft. Sarah was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Bagni di Lucca is well past its glory days, but still charming and a short rather steep walk from the house. This is not the Tuscany we imaged with vistas of rolling hills and hilltop towns:...
