"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"The check-in was very easy for us. Our Italian is limited but they spoke English quite well. They were very nice people. The breakfast was beautiful, and we sat at a table in the corner next to a window with a magnificent view. Lovely cappuccino! The room was a little tired and could use an upgrade but the bed was comfortable and the view was fantastic with a little balcony on which to sit. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The bidet was a very tight fit and I am not a big person. The shower leaked at...

"An enchanting stay at Locanda Zacco! This charming hotel in Italy exceeded our expectations in every way. The warm hospitality from the owner and the entire restaurant staff, who were really nice, along with the delectable cuisine, made our visit unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to experience the beauty of Tuscany. Highly recommended!"

"We loved the house but it’s not for anyone with even slightly impaired walking, balance, or ability to climb stairs. The house is very old, but updated wonderfully. However we never saw any pool. I would definitely return to this house."
