"I love the location of this hotel and the hotwl otswlc but if you get a room that faces Fillmore, there is a bar right across the street and you wont get any sleep until 2am. So freaking noisy!!!!"

"I would have given 5 stars but the ice machine on the side I stayed on was down with a note to get ice from the other side which would require me to exit the building walk around the outside. If there was a connection somewhere they didn’t mention that."

"The counter staff was very helpful in accommodating by bag to be left there for 2 days before check-in while was travelling to another destination. Delivery package to the premises was well received as well. Good service."

"Very clean and nicely remodeled hotel. Street noise as is to be expected if your room is on the Lombard side. Free parking in a garage is super nice in SF. I don’t love the tempurpedic bed, but that’s just a personal choice. "
