"First time at the hotel, stayed only a night but loved that it was walkable to the marina. We ended up walking all the way to Santa Monica. Be nice if the hotel could provide a walking map (we had limited data) with estimates of how long it would take. Had we known the distance we would have opted to rent a bike , our feet were so sore we had to Uber back lol. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Lots of fresh fruits and eggs with spinach and mushrooms was the best!"

"A year ago when we stayed at the Jamaica Bay Inn, the rooms clearly needed some redecorating and sprucing up. It has been done, and the improvement is terrific! Kudos! We'll be back!"

"Comfortable, convenient, good COVID precautions in place. Sadly, that also meant the jacuzzi was off limits. Room service, breakfast, etc. is also all shut down. Unlike other hotels with $30+ parking per night, they offer free, onsite parking. Despite booking a room fairly removed from the street, there was a lot of street noise in the evenings, even for Washington Blvd (voices, shouts, etc.), but that can't really be helped. Sound machine or good ear plugs recommended."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in MDR. The Staff was helpful and made sure our bungalow was ready as soon as we arrived. It was Rose Bowl Week and the Hotels were booked solid. The new renovations looked very nice and welcoming. A very pleasant stay. GOD bless L.A."
