"We enjoyed our short stay at Monte Carlo. The staff were friendly and helpful! We needed transportation from the cruise port to the hotel and they did an outstanding job taking care of all the arrangements! The room was clean and quiet. Love the location! My only complaint is the bed was too firm for us. But everything else was wonderful! "

"Location was great for walking central Venice and the plaza. Being able to get picked up by water taxi right at the hotel was very convenient. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. One complaint was only one, single cup coffee machine in the breakfast room which resulted in a long line and wait to get coffee and chaos at breakfast."

We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning.
