"It has a great location. The WiFi doesn't work and the smell of the hallway was intense. The room was fine for a family of 4. 8 minutes walk from the parking which was very convenient for us. "

"Nice property. Very small. Smelled old and musty but felt clean. Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly! Wish there was more food options but Venice is full of food so it wasn't too challenging. One thing i really wish is that there was more decoration or home touches to the place. All around it was fine but my room did feel like a white walled closet and did not help with my mental space while I was there. Could just be a me thing though!"

"Stayed in the room with the shared bathroom , Amex building , 5th floor no elevator . If you OK to use the stairs - its amazing charming place to stay . You will definitely feel part of the Venice history and the view from windows is stunning . "

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The only thing was the air condition unit in our room did not work properly. The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

"Positive: Conveniently close (we hauled our luggage) to the Trenitalia station that connects to Trieste (cruise ship port). A variety of small restaurants within walking distance in case you have a late flight arrival. Negative: you climb stairs from the street level to the lobby level. From the lobby, there are more levels to climb to your room. No elevator, in case you are hauling your luggage yourself."
