"We had a wonderful stay at juliette's home in Gateshead, UK. Very accurate description and photos. Good info and communications from owner. Perfect location near our family/friends and for walks into town. Right around the corner from the lovely Tudor Rose pub. Very clean, comfortable, nice linens and towels provided. Had a wonderful time and would stay again for our next visit. thank you."

"Not very clean, mold on kitchen ceiling and main hallway. Mattrases very poor quality, no way to clean rugs. Outside space not useable especially for children. Walls dirty with fresh coat of whitewash to try and hide it. Not worth what we paid for at all."

"The property is located in Jesmond, a very pleasant area of Newcastle with a good range of shops and excellent public transport links to the city centre. We experienced a couple of issues with the property but these were mostly sorted out by Pass the Keys."

"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."

"Decent location in a quiet residential area. Rooms were comfortable (and beds can be doubles or separated to singles). Place is decent quality but the cleaners need to up their game a bit, and some maintenance is needed internally (minor niggles that need fixing)."

"House was very clean and neat. All amenities worked. We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with property manager was very good and responded quickly."

"Lack of communication with property owner, the idea was great but games didn’t work, wasn’t clean, our toddler was picking things up from the floor which was unsafe for him. "

"Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
