"Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "

Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The only thing I want to draw attention to is accessibility. Not a criticism, but if one were disabled they would want to know: 2 steps down to kitchen, 3 steps more to bathroom, a full flight of steep steps outside down to the washer under the stairs"

"Dinky little flat in a residential area of gateshead. Although I never met Dylan in person his comms were spot on we had no trouble accessing the property. He was available for any issues if needed. The flat is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of gateshead where you can access the metro.
