"This hotel is not a stop for airport bus, also no airport bus nearby. You have to go to Tokyo Station to catch the airport bus. So if travelling with two big luggage, this hotel is not a good choice. Very expensive to take taxi from this hotel to airport. This is a bad choice for myself because I had two big luggage."

Please note that this is pretty much a residential neighbourhood, so there is little to see around. You will have to take te the Yamanote Line to get you to the main areas. However there a some good restaurants around."

"This was one of our numerous stays at the hotel. We love the location, the view over the Sky Tree (you can't beat that) and the good service. However, some of the rooms really need to be refurbished. The new payment system (through a machine) doesn't go well with a hotel of such standards and it is confusing. The staff had to come and assist so why not pay at the front desk? And... whether it is your first time staying there or the 10th, nobody seems to have a record of it. It is always a bonus...
