Really nice place. All front desk staff speaks some English so it was super convenient. Public bath is a bit hotter than a typical hot tub I would say so i or my kids couldnt go in.

Great property overall and the staff was super helpful storing our luggage as it was our last day in Japan. Relatively close to Tokyo station and the Imperial Palace but still about a 20 minute walk to get anywhere notable.

We were visiting from the United States and loved staying here! It was our first time in Japan and they made everything perfect. It’s less than a 5 minute walk from a station. Barely any language barriers as we used google translate or some English. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were always clean. The bathhouse was spectacular as well, super relaxing. Would highly recommend for first timers!
