Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. Great service, amazing hospitality, amazing view of pyramids from balcony, great location, great breakfast. Outside the hotel is a lil rough but inside was immaculate. Their office is on 3rd floor not the one they're remodeling on ground floor. Booked pyramid tour, museum tour and nile river boat show/dinner with them. I will absolutely be staying here again"
