"Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. "

"Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel. Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners. Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal."

"Lovely place. A short walk to Harram, under 10minutes walk, you are in The Holy Mosque. Very clean and beautiful room with the beautiful view of Harram from the hotel room. Will definitely recommend and use again"

"The reception and office staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We could not get through to Housekeeping whenever we tried. We had to go down to the reception to request whatever we needed The restaurant staff were also very courteous and helpful. "We stayed at this hotel while we performed our Umrah from 4th til 9th April. It is a lovely hotel: the rooms are spacious and clean, the service was efficient, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of different dishes to choose from.
