"We arrived 1-2 hours early but Staff was still able to assign us an open room when we asked. We were walked to our rooms, and the breakfast buffet was not bad. The location of the Artyzen is perfect as we used the shuttles in front of the hotel and also next door at Sands. There's also supermarkets and restaurants nearby in walking distance. When asked, Staff also provided recommendations."

During my stay, I encountered an issue with my ferry booking through an app, and I wasn't able to receive a confirmation email. I was quite stressed, but Shea immediately stepped in to help. Not only did she assist with sorting out my booking, but she also went above and beyond by accompanying me to the harbour. There, she spoke with the receptionist when they were unwilling to issue a physical ticket, as I couldn’t access my boarding pass. Shea’s dedication and kindness were truly remarkable, and she ensured I could travel without further stress. Thanks to her efforts, my experience in Macau was made so much easier and more enjoyable. "There are English speaking front-desk staff members. The service is always courteous. The hotel is under-going renovation, according to the welcome letter put on the desk in the guest room. I am not sure if this is the reason that the western restaurant was closed during these days."
