"Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!"

Calls to service line were picked up quickly. The only thing that can be improved is the tv remote control. We stayed in two rooms during our visit. Both tv controls did not work. The one in the last bedroom continued not working after the technician came. "
