"There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave....

"Nice hotel, it’s tied to City of Dreams and is located across the street from Wynn Palace and MGM Cotai. The buffet breakfast was decent, and included many choices. But the restaurant can get crowded during breakfast. If ur tired of Chinese food, City of Dreams 2nd floor includes the Soho area housing a McDonald’s and Starbucks, along with several other western restaurants and Din Tai Fung, the Taiwanese dumpling chain. "

"True 5 star hotel and easily the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the world. (I’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star places). The rooms are exceptional and spacious. Very close to the MGM and the bar is great for a late evening night cap. Highly recommend. "
