During my stay, I encountered an issue with my ferry booking through an app, and I wasn't able to receive a confirmation email. I was quite stressed, but Shea immediately stepped in to help. Not only did she assist with sorting out my booking, but she also went above and beyond by accompanying me to the harbour. There, she spoke with the receptionist when they were unwilling to issue a physical ticket, as I couldn’t access my boarding pass.
