"Previously stayed here and it’s on our ‘go to’ list for when we need to be in the area for work or visiting friends and family who live in the area and stretching down to Highbridge, so it’s convenient being next to the M5. As always, warm welcome from reception, hotel looks and smells fresh and clean, hotel room clean and some deep cleaning over a quiet period would bring it to sparkling. Bed lovely and firm, bedding crisp and good quality and good pillows. The service area is behind the hotel with Waitrose, Burger King, KFC and WH Smith plus Starbucks. Handy to pop to on the odd occasion. Not a luxury ‘away’ break but a very comfortable and pleasant ‘need to’ break. We opt for room 31 where possible as it has an easy accessible bath and space to move around the bed ……. Helps with my mobility issues; which are not severe but it makes things pleasant for me. Will be staying here again in future without doubt. "

"That chap behind the reception was exemplary in customer service 10/10 he was working sat 21st. He was friendly and when I mentioned it was a birthday celebration he upgraded our room to a lovely corner room it was beautiful. Will definitely be returning. "

"There was nothing I didn't like, in fact the staff went above and beyond when they discovered it was my wedding anniversary! The location is very convenient for the street markets and great food. Convenient parking in a secured adjacent multi-storey located through a ticketed barrier to the left of the frontage."
