The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure."
