"Was very clean place. Perfect for our 2 families that stayed. Very nice area. Our only complaint was it was very hot the first night. Which is out of owners control. But there was one teeny fan for the entire house. So we were all stifling hot sleeping the first night. And a couple room had no screens. So we had to close the windows so the bugs would stop coming in. The second night finally cooled down and was nice. But definitely recommend getting fans for guests."

"Property was a little hard to find and some of the instructions weren’t extremely clear. Overall it was a nice place in a great location. The internet was out most of the stay and it would have been nice for the cold nights we couldn’t go out so we could watch a movie, but everything else was great."

Cons - the space was great for our kids - the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds had lots of space and a good size en suite bathroom; however, for us parents, the space in the downstairs bedroom was very tight and the bathroom was small as well. "This is an amazing property. It is clean and gorgeous. Views are amazing. We loved the ability of walking out the door and being in the village. We never left the property as it has everything you need. In the condo, we didn’t cook but it is fully stocked with everything you could need. We chose to enjoy the several restaurants and coffee shop in the village. Also sat and listened to the music around the ring. It was a great relaxing weekend. "We spent 10 days visiting family in Nevada City, touring Yosemite National Park, and finishing the week at this very nice VRBO in Northstar Village. The condo was very comfortable and the access to the pool, spa, and pickelball courts was icing on the cake and a great way to finish the week."

"We have stayed in this location for many years. 5 minutes to Kings beach- no parking after 8am on weekends 9:30am on weekdays. This condo needs a lot of updating. Lots of things broken. Condo was somewhat clean. A lot was sticky when we got there from some furniture and part of the floor. Trash from the previous guests was found on the floor scattered in various places by the couch. Fridge takes over a day to cool down once we put food in."
